Field Review manager allows your to easily manage field verified data related to flowlines and pipeline infrastructure. Prioritizing field reviews and creating tangible documentation that includes a line-by-line review and summary of changes in subsequent years is vital should an audit be requested.
You will find the Field Review Manager module located on the sidebar, just below Risk Manager on Converge.
This module will filter your selection to only show your assets, and you may notice the My Assets toggle on the dashboard update to reflect this. If you have made a selection, you will see a dialog box to indicate these assets have been filtered. If you have not made a selection, all of your assets will be displayed.
On the Dashboard, you can view risk details for your pipelines, as well as some other data on mitigation strategies that are required by regulators in regard to cathodic protection, what chemical mitigation programs and strategies are in place, and where monitoring occurs, pigging data captured during maintenance operations. This data is exportable to a spreadsheet and ready for review should a regulatory body request an audit of your field.
The Field Review Info page will show you further details of external risk factors on each pipeline. Clicking the edit icon in the top right corner will allow you to edit the fields, and you can select various options from the dropdowns. Once you're done, click save. Feel free to click reset if there are any mistakes on the page or you would like to start over.
