The Field Review Manager in Converge helps you efficiently manage field-verified data related to pipeline infrastructure. It supports prioritization of field reviews and generates clear documentation, including line-by-line reviews and summaries of changes over time - essential for audit readiness.

Accessing Field Review Manager

You can find the Field Review Manager module in the Navigation Panel.

Filtering Your Assets

• When you open the module, it automatically filters the view to show only your assets.
• You will notice the "My Assets" toggle on the dashboard update to reflect this filter.
• If records have been previously selected, a dialog box will confirm that your assets have been filtered.
• If no selection was made, all your assets will be displayed by default.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your pipeline risk data, including:

• Risk details for each pipeline
• Mitigation strategies required by regulators:
  • Cathodic protection
  • Chemical mitigation programs
  • Monitoring locations
  • Pigging data from maintenance operations

All dashboard data is exportable to a spreadsheet, making it easy to prepare for regulatory audits.

Using the Field Review Info Page

The Field Review Info page offers detailed insights into external risk factors affecting each pipeline.

To update information:

1. Click the edit icon in the top-right corner.
2. Use the dropdown menus to select or update values.
3. Click Save to apply changes.
4. Click Reset to undo changes or start over.
