In some cases, you may want to de escalate risk for abandoned or discontinued lines. You can do so through the risk profiles.
On the Risk Profiles, you will find a setting to adjust your risk scores based on pipeline status.
The following table shows all the statuses that will be affected by this setting.

Once you have applied this to your risk profile, all weightings for inactive and abandoned assets will be multiplied by 0.1%.
After saving your changes, the system will send an email to you to indicate that your changes have been successfully applied. This can take a couple of minutes, depending on how many assets you own. . Once you receive this email, you will see the changes applied on both the Risk Dashboard, and the Risk Info page. The Risk Matrix, Likelihood and Consequence cards will also update to reflect your settings.
