There are a number of templates that can be employed to either select records or upload information. There are two kinds of templates - the first are selection-based and the other are editing-based.



Selecting Assets

  1. Converge Pipeline Selection - this template can be used to select pipelines based upon their approval-line number. Source: attached below.
  2. AccuMap List - this template can also be used to select pipelines based upon their approval-line number with the notable exception that the initial selection of the lines was completed in AccuMap and exported as a 'AccuMap List'. This allows users of AccuMap to import their target selection to be viewed in Converge. Source: AccuMap to generate.



Editing Attributes

  1. Pipeline Export. Once the user has made a selection of pipelines, it is now possible to create a Pipeline Export. This spreadsheet is set-up to allow the user (provided they have the appropriate permissions) to edit existing, or add additional, attribute information. Once the edits have been made, the information can be uploaded using the Converge Pipeline List option found in the Export page. *Note: once the information has been uploaded, the attribute information will be immediately available in Converge for further exploration.   2. Crossing Inspection Form - this template is used to import the reports generated using the Crossing Manager. Once the edits have been made, the information can be uploaded using the Crossing Inspection Form option found in the Export page.   3. Field Review Import - The Field Review module was developed to assist the user in managing incoming data from the field. Once the edits have been made, the information can be uploaded using the Field Review Import option found in the Export page.   4. Water Crossing Proximity Factor - use this report to customize your Proximity Factor (column R - Proximity Factor). Once the edits have been made, the information can be uploaded using the Water Crossing Proximity Factor option found in the Export page.
